Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant with experience in accounting analysis and leadership of monthly and annual closings, as well as tax supervision and team management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead monthly and annual financial closings under IFRS 2. Design and oversee tax strategy and tax compliance 3. Supervise accounting team and optimize internal controls **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Accounting (University degree). * Active and licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (mandatory) * Knowledge and proficiency in the STARSOFT system * Experience in accounting analysis (2 years) * Knowledge of payment vouchers and tax regulations (deductions, withholdings, accounts receivable notes) * Intermediate-level office software proficiency * Knowledge of Tax Legislation. * Proficiency in SUNAT tax filings * Availability to work in-person in Callao. * Immediate availability **FUNCTIONS:** * Lead monthly and annual accounting closings, issuing financial statements under IFRS. * Prepare balance sheet account analysis. * Design and supervise tax strategy, ensuring accurate and timely tax declarations and payments (monthly and annual). * Handle external audits and tax inspection processes before regulatory entities (e.g., SUNAT). * Supervise assigned staff (assistants) and review reconciliations, payroll records, and accounts receivable/payable. * Implement and optimize internal accounting control policies. * SIRE filing * Accounting KPIs * SUNAT correspondence officer **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits from day one. * MYPE Regime employment contract * Career development path.
