At **ZGROUP**, we are looking for top talent to fill the position of **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in areas near Callao. * Technical or university education: Degree holder or Bachelor’s graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Experience: At least 2 years as a production or plant supervisor, with personnel under supervision. * Experience in structures (mandatory) * Microsoft Office, intermediate-to-advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) * Knowledge of BPA, BPM, PCP * Production planning and control, HACCP, BPMs, KPIs **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify and manage material and supply requirements. * Review and validate work orders. * Provide operational support and conduct continuous follow-up. * Maintain detailed attendance records for staff. * Prepare service orders for operations. * Manage the closure and approval of work orders or third-party service orders. * Keep production department documentation up to date. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Excellent work environment and job stability * Immediate payroll registration * Market-competitive salary * Continuous training This is your opportunity to become part of a great family!
