Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive cook with experience in preparing and plating traditional and Peruvian dishes to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in a proactive and organized environment. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Willingness to work in the district of Lince. * Age: 20 to 30 years old. * Cooking experience (1 year or more). * General knowledge of traditional and Peruvian dishes. * Responsible, efficient, with good communication skills, teamwork ability, proactive and organized (able to work under pressure). * Copies of ID card, health certificate, police and criminal background check (CUL), and academic or employment certification. * Studies in Gastronomy (preferred) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation of daily dishes. * Plating during service hours. * Assistance with mise en place. * Receiving and processing ingredients. * Organization and preservation of ingredients. * Organization and cleaning of the kitchen area. **Schedule:** **Monday to Friday \- 8 AM to 5 PM** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,250\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
