Consolidate and analyze data on consumption, inventory, supply, purchase orders, and supplier performance to generate management reports. Maintain up-to-date control dashboards and reports in Excel, Power BI, or other corporate tools. Prepare periodic reports to support decision-making and track departmental results. Identify opportunities for improvement, report automation, and operational controls. Track reservations, transfer requests, and other logistics documents, reporting deviations to responsible parties. Monitor the distribution of materials and supplies to warehouses and internal users. Follow up on issued purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal users to ensure delivery date compliance. Coordinate with suppliers and internal users to resolve pending invoices, observed deliveries, and overdue order closures. Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements **Requirements:** Recent graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. SAP ERP knowledge (MM module or similar) is desirable. Knowledge of management indicators (KPIs) and data analysis is desirable. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
