Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for maintenance and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, including welding, use of measuring instruments, and INSITU work. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized maintenance and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. 2. Welding operations and calibration using precision instruments. 3. Participation in INSITU work and drafting of technical drawings. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintenance of hydraulic cylinders. * Repairs, assembly of cylinders, and maintenance of pneumatic services. * Seal calibration, use of measuring instruments, calipers, internal and external micrometers. * Performing welding tasks. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * Disassembly of cylinders. * Polishing of piston rods. * Assembly and testing of cylinders. * Receiving, disassembling, cleaning, evaluating, conditioning, disassembling, and packaging rollers. * Evaluation of hydraulic and pneumatic components. * General component painting. * Component repair and general maintenance. * Grinding, cutting of bars and tubes. * INSITU work (third-party services). * Hydraulic and pneumatic testing. * Repair of mining frames and rollers. * Drafting and reading of technical drawings. * Support to the machining department. * Compliance with health and safety regulations and recommendations issued by MACHEN PERU SAC to safeguard life, health, safety, and the environment. * Any other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Minimum Required Academic Level: Graduated Technician Minimum Required Work Experience: 3 years Job Type: Full-time, Contract-based Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Salary: S/.1,600.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
