




Job Summary: Support job posting, resume screening, interview coordination and conduct, reference verification, and HR administrative support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the recruitment cycle from job posting to pre-selection 2. Maintain and update the candidate database 3. Support the onboarding of new employees and provide administrative support * Post job openings on employment portals and professional networks. * Screen resumes according to required profiles. * Coordinate interviews (telephone, virtual, or in-person). * Conduct initial or pre-selection interviews. * Verify employment references and background information. * Keep the candidate database up to date. * Prepare progress reports for recruitment processes. * Support the onboarding of new employees. * Provide administrative support to the HR department.
