Job Summary: We are seeking a Safety Prevention Specialist to ensure compliance with SSOMA procedures, disseminate safety measures, and supervise field conditions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with SSOMA procedures 2. Disseminate work procedures and IPERC 3. Continuously supervise safety conditions in the field **SAFETY PREVENTION SPECIALIST – LIMA** **Work Location:** Surco, Lima **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \| Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in **Environmental Engineering** (certified). * Minimum **1–2 years of certified experience as a Prevention Specialist**. * Diploma in **SSOMA and/or Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)**. * Availability to perform fieldwork. * Availability to work in Surco and travel to various locations across Lima. RESPONSIBILITIES * Implement and enforce procedures established by the **SSOMA** department. * Disseminate work procedures and **IPERC** prior to commencement of activities. * Verify compliance with control measures established in **IPERC, JSA (Job Safety Analysis), and PTW (Permit to Work)**. * Conduct 5-minute safety talks and daily safety dialogues. * Prepare the **JSA (Job Safety Analysis)** prior to commencement of work. * Manage the **PTW (Permit to Work)** and verify corresponding authorizations. * Continuously supervise safety conditions in the field. * Conduct PPE inspections and equipment/tool checklists. * Report accidents and incidents to the SSOMA department. * Prepare investigation records and action plans. * Monitor implementation of corrective actions and submit supporting evidence.
