Responsibilities:
· Develop, monitor, and evaluate a Risk Prevention Work Program aligned with the company's needs.
· Conduct basic safety inductions, providing staff with essential safety information.
· Attend meetings held by Occupational Health and Safety Committees (SST) and provide technical advice on hygiene and safety matters.
· Assess risks associated with work activities, advising on personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring equipment is in good condition and properly used, thereby guaranteeing safe work practices to prevent accidents.

Position Profile:
· Minimum two years documented experience as an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist or SSOMA Coordinator.
· Knowledge of IPERC development, PETS, ATS, PETAR, and related methodologies.
· Knowledge of high-risk work supervision (work at height, hot work, confined space work, excavation and trenching, work with energy, lockout/tagout).
· Familiarity with current Peruvian regulations regarding Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management.
