We are currently seeking **(01\) Temporary Selection Assistant**, meeting the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology * 1–2 years of experience in selection processes * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency * Knowledge of recruitment platforms and job boards, competency-based interviews, psychological assessments, and headhunting. * Availability to work in Callao **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct personnel recruitment via headhunting, job boards, and institutions. * Carry out personnel selection (for support, administrative, and mid-management positions) through competency-based interviews, knowledge and psychotechnical tests, evaluation exercises, etc. * Perform applicant verifications and screening according to the selection procedure and prepare psychotechnical reports for applicants. * Request documents from applicants and schedule evaluations required by the company per the selection procedure. * Monitor recruitment requirements and keep the immediate supervisor informed throughout the selection process. * Establish contact networks with educational institutions and organizations. * Support and advise department heads during the selection process. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration from the first day of employment. * Discounts with educational institutions, entertainment venues, supplier visits, and more. * Ongoing training * Work for an internationally accredited company with ISO and Joint Commission International (one of the most prestigious global healthcare accreditations).
