




Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional with experience in the real estate sector to manage records, reports, and tax-related procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Management of municipal and registry procedures PROFILE: \-Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting. \-Minimum two years of experience in the real estate sector. \-Knowledge of tax withholdings, deductions, tax settlements, and current tax regulations. \-Proficiency in ERP S10, accounting software, and intermediate-level office productivity tools (Excel and Word). RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Record accounting information in the system. \-Perform bank reconciliations and prepare accounting, tax, and payroll reports. \-Organize and maintain physical and digital archives of accounting documentation. \-Support payment scheduling by verifying compliance with applicable policies and regulations. \-Support scheduling of payments to suppliers, services, payroll, tax withholdings, and others. \-Calculate tax withholdings and self-withholdings. \-Coordinate with the Projects and Accounting departments for documentary control of construction contracts. \-Prepare and update the cash flow statement. \-Manage municipal, registry, and other operation-related procedures. \-Track electronic payment vouchers and supporting documentation. \-Provide support during internal and external audits. \-Coordinate with the Billing department for recording supplier payments. \-Issue payment confirmations to suppliers.
