Job Summary: We are seeking a Welding Technician with experience in MIG welding of thin plates to join an electrical sector company, interpreting blueprints and maintaining equipment. Equipment maintenance and compliance with safety regulations **ELECTRICAL SECTOR COMPANY IS SEEKING A WELDING TECHNICIAN.** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Graduate, Technical, Certified, or currently enrolled (Mechanical Production and/or Welding). · **Minimum 1 year of experience.** · **Experience welding thin plates of thickness 1.5–2 mm up to 3 mm using MIG.** · Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills. · Immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Prepare materials, tools, machines, and equipment for manufacturing and joining processes. · Select appropriate welding method for the task. · Perform welding on prefabricated and fabricated components. · Interpret blueprints. · Maintain equipment in use. · Report any anomalies affecting normal workflow and work quality to immediate supervisor. · Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace during and after working hours. · Carry out daily job tasks strictly following instructions specified in blueprints and Manufacturing Orders. · Verify finished parts using basic measuring instruments. · Complete daily work reports and report incidents. · Occasionally perform supporting tasks. · Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. · Responsible for complying with SIG standards. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/ 1800 – 2000 (subject to evaluation). * Formal employment registration from day one, with all statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:50 PM. * Pleasant work environment. · Safety equipment provided.
