We generate rigorous and ethical evidence to optimize healthcare delivery and inform public policies, in synergy with our social programs and the Specialized Health Center. **We are guided by three core values**: Respect \| Collaboration \| Innovation **POSITION:** General Physician for Research Center **What Will You Do in This Role?** * Conduct medical evaluations, clinical follow-ups, and specific procedures established by the Research Center or corresponding studies. * Provide comprehensive care focused on sexual health, STIs, and management of medical emergencies, including coordination of transfers when necessary. * Collect laboratory samples and administer study medications as required and assigned by the Principal Investigator. * Record and ensure the quality of medical data in studies. * Collaborate with the research team to achieve clinical and scientific objectives. * Participate in trainings, clinical meetings, and continuous improvement activities. **Who Are We Looking For?** **Essential Profile:** * Medical Doctor (Surgeon) with current professional license and SERUMS registration. * Minimum 1 year of experience in clinics or hospitals. * Advanced proficiency in English. * Basic proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office. * Immediate and full-time availability. **Desirable:** * Training and/or experience in sexual health, STIs, and emergency medical care. * Prior experience in clinical research. **Key Skills:** Commitment, professional ethics, user orientation, ability to work in teams, organization, and effective communication. **Employment Conditions** * **Vacancy:** 01 * **Work Modality:** On-site * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. \| Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (*Schedule may be adjusted according to the Research Center’s operational needs; its service hours are 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.*) * **Location:** Paraguay Street No. 478–486, Cercado de Lima. **Landmark:** Opposite Plaza Bolognesi, between Paseo Colón and Alfonso Ugarte. * **What Do We Offer?** * Formal employment from day one with all statutory benefits: CTS, bonuses, vacation, ESSALUD, family allowance, Life Insurance Law, among others. * A warm, respectful, and motivating work environment. **How to Apply?** Share your updated CV in PDF format with Indeed and complete your profile so we can get to know you better.
