Job Posting **REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT ANALYST \| STAFF CALLAO** Code: ANEF Location: Callao Reports to: Refrigeration Equipment Manager Requirements: * Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Two years of experience handling information analysis, database administration, and statistical reporting. * Knowledge and experience in Information Technology processes. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps for developing and automating enterprise solutions. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-to-advanced Power BI proficiency (mandatory). Responsibilities: * Develop and deliver KPIs, control tools, and management tools for the refrigeration area to provide timely information to commercial, strategy, and internal control departments, enabling the creation of preventive and corrective action plans that support improved company performance and protection of commercial assets. * Develop and deliver daily inventory and equipment movement KPIs to help commercial and administrative teams identify improvement opportunities in daily operational management. * Develop, consolidate, and deliver weekly monitoring and control KPIs for refrigeration equipment in the market to provide timely information to the department. * Consolidate and prepare a refrigeration management dashboard summarizing weekly operational results to measure progress on routine services and commercial requests. * Develop and define management tools for refrigeration equipment activities to ensure tasks are performed with acceptable precision and safety, while also reducing unproductive time.
