Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support for the entire fleet of PCs and peripherals (pin pad \- ticket printers \- etc.) * On-site resolution of hardware and software incidents * Support for incidents related to base software * Preparation, installation, configuration, and replacement of computing equipment * Equipment cloning and user data backup * Equipment customization and data restoration * Preparation of equipment for delivery to vendors and end users * First-line support for printers * Preparation, installation, configuration, and replacement of computing equipment due to equipment anomalies. Includes equipment cloning, user data backup, equipment customization, and data restoration. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical professional with completed studies in systems, computer science, industrial engineering, logistics, or related fields * Knowledge of ITIL Foundation (desirable but not mandatory) * Familiarity with agile methodologies (desirable) * Minimum 2 years of experience * Technical knowledge of hardware * Basic proficiency in MS Office 2016 or later * Familiarity with ticketing management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, Proactiva net, etc.) Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
