Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Provide support for the entire PC and peripherals fleet (pin pad \- ticket printers \- etc.) * Resolve hardware and software incidents on-site * Support incidents related to base software * Prepare, install, configure, and replace computing equipment * Clone equipment and back up user data * Customize equipment and restore user data * Prepare equipment for delivery to vendors and end users * First-line printer support * Prepare, install, configure, and replace computing equipment due to equipment anomalies. Includes equipment cloning, user data backup, equipment customization, and data restoration. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical professional with completed studies in systems, computer science, industrial engineering, logistics, or related fields * Knowledge of ITIL Foundation (desirable but not mandatory) * Familiarity with agile methodologies (desirable) * Minimum 2 years of experience * Technical knowledge of hardware * Basic knowledge of MS Office 2016 or later * Familiarity with ticket management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, Proactiva net, etc.) Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
