Continuous training and professional development **Join our team and grow in the tourism industry!** ***An expanding travel agency requires 03 Travel Advisors to join its sales team.*** ***Location:*** *In front of the former Jorge Chavez Airport.* **Working Hours:** Full-time, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm **Work Schedule:** 6 working days \+ 1 day off. **Possibility** of 2 days off upon achieving established targets. If you are passionate about tourism, enjoy advising people, and possess a service-oriented mindset, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized customer service (in-person, via phone, and on social media). * Advise on tourist destinations, flights, packages, and complementary services. * Manage reservations, issue tickets, and follow up with prospects. * Stay updated on promotions, rates, and industry developments. * Address inquiries and complaints, ensuring a satisfying customer experience. **Requirements:** * Ability to communicate effectively with customers by phone. * Residence near the work location to ensure punctuality. * Education in **Tourism, Commercial Aviation, or related fields**. * Experience with reservation systems (preferred but not mandatory). * Positive attitude, charisma, responsibility, punctuality, and proactivity. * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. * Teamwork capability. * Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced English language proficiency. **IMPORTANT** This vacancy is ideal for individuals residing in districts near the work area and possessing the required qualifications. **We Offer:** * 1 week of training \+ possibility of immediate onboarding. * Fixed salary: S/ base \+ performance bonus. · Excellent working environment. * Commercial development opportunities. * Possibility of assuming new responsibilities. * Continuous learning.
