JOB PROFILE SECURITY AGENT / RISK PREVENTION SPECIALIST 1\. JOB IDENTIFICATION Position: Security Agent / Risk Prevention Specialist Department: Security and Prevention 2\. JOB MISSION Ensure the safety of personnel, facilities, goods, and company assets through surveillance, prevention, access control, risk situation detection, loss prevention, and timely incident response, in strict compliance with organizational procedures and protocols. 3\. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Security and Surveillance \* Continuously monitor facilities, assigned areas, and critical points. \* Conduct preventive patrols along established routes and frequencies. \* Prevent acts that may endanger people, facilities, merchandise, equipment, or assets. \* Promptly detect suspicious situations, risks, incidents, or unsafe acts. \* Maintain an alert posture throughout the entire shift. \*\*Access Control\*\* \* Control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, suppliers, and contractors. \* Verify authorizations, identification documents, and other relevant documentation as required. \* Control the entry and exit of goods, equipment, merchandise, or other assets. \* Strictly comply with established protocols for people, vehicles, and materials. \*\*Loss Prevention\*\* \* Identify and prevent situations that could lead to losses, thefts, damages, or unauthorized removals. \* Supervise high-risk areas according to service instructions. \* Immediately report any suspicious behavior or irregularities. \* Support internal inspections and investigations related to security incidents. \* Contribute to compliance with loss prevention procedures. \*\*Incident and Emergency Response\*\* \* Respond quickly and orderly to incidents, emergencies, or risky situations. \* Immediately notify the supervisor or designated responsible person of any incidents. \* Apply evacuation, first aid, fire suppression, and emergency response protocols according to your level of training. \* Assist in evacuating and guiding personnel during emergencies. \* Keep evacuation routes and safety zones clear and accessible, as applicable. \*\*Recording and Communication\*\* \* Record all events and incidents occurring during the shift. \* Prepare occurrence reports clearly, objectively, and promptly. \* Conduct shift handover by informing incoming staff of pending matters. \* Maintain continuous communication with the supervisor and other security team members. \* Comply with specific instructions for each surveillance post. \*\*Procedure Compliance\*\* \* Adhere to internal security policies, regulations, and protocols. \* Follow instructions issued by the supervisor, always within the scope of your responsibilities. \* Maintain confidentiality regarding security-related, operational, and corporate activity information. \* Participate in scheduled trainings, drills, and inductions. 4\. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education \* Completed secondary education. \* Academic certificate, preferably available for verification. Experience \* Minimum six months of experience in security, surveillance, loss prevention, access control, or similar positions. \* Candidates without prior experience may be considered if they possess suitable qualifications for the position and willingness to undergo training. Salary: S/.1,294.32 \- S/.3,032.45 per month Work Location: On-site employment
