DHL Express Peru's Commercial Department is seeking a **Senior Retail Projects Specialist**. Based in Lima, this position will be responsible for leading the identification and implementation of growth opportunities for the retail business through network expansion projects and innovative service solutions. Responsible for conducting commercial and financial analyses, coordinating cross-cutting initiatives, and ensuring successful execution of projects that increase market coverage, improve customer experience, and strengthen business profitability, while guaranteeing compliance with corporate, legal, and operational standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of retail network expansion opportunities through market analysis, business case development, and execution of strategic projects. * Be responsible for end-to-end management of expansion projects, ensuring achievement of scope, budget, and schedule objectives. * Additionally, identify customer needs and market trends to develop new services, value-added solutions, and operational improvements. * Manage aspects related to lease agreements, premises documentation, permits, supplier coordination, and regulatory compliance, ensuring operational continuity of the network. * Furthermore, develop business cases to support sustainable growth initiatives and monitor retail project and operations performance, driving actions that optimize profitability, market coverage, and customer experience. **Role Impact and Scope:** * Directly influence DHL Express Peru's retail channel growth strategy through evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of investments for network expansion. * Lead execution of the Retail Expansion Plan, ensuring achievement of business growth, coverage, and profitability objectives. * Manage capital expenditures (CAPEX) associated with expansion projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and expected return on investment. * Ensure projected EBIT contributions are achieved through appropriate planning and effective project execution. * Lead cross-functional teams and cross-cutting projects, coordinating key organizational areas without direct reporting lines. * Influence senior leadership’s strategic decision-making regarding network development, market penetration, and commercial growth opportunities. * Drive initiatives that strengthen the company’s presence in current and potential markets, contributing to DHL Express Peru’s positioning and competitiveness. **Role Requirements:** * University degree (Bachelor or Licentiate) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Years of experience, minimum 2\. **Technical Knowledge and Competencies:** * Project Management. * Business Development and assessment of growth opportunities. * Business Case Development and presentation. * Financial analysis and project profitability assessment. * Capital investment (CAPEX) evaluation and management. * Strategic planning and expansion plan development. * Negotiation with internal and external stakeholders. * Market analysis and identification of commercial opportunities. * Management of multi-functional initiatives and coordination of cross-functional teams. * Development of financial models and return-on-investment (ROI) analysis. * Handling of financial and operational performance indicators. **Languages:** * Advanced professional English, both written and spoken. **CONNECTING PEOPLE, IMPROVING LIVES** DHL is an equal opportunity employer.
