




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to monitor and track transportation units, provide customer service and fleet support, report incidents, and close scheduling. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and tracking of transportation units for efficient deliveries. 2. Continuous attention to customer inquiries and fleet support. 3. Real-time reporting of on-route incidents and scheduling closure. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and track transportation units to ensure efficient and timely deliveries. * Respond promptly and consistently to customer inquiries. * Provide support and guidance regarding questions and concerns from the assigned fleet. * Report problems and incidents occurring en route in real time. * Close daily scheduling and settlements, sharing the final status of daily deliveries. * Operational support. * Other duties as assigned by management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in Logistics or related fields. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of operational processes. * 1–3 years of work experience in a similar role. **BENEFITS:** * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Timely payments (biweekly and end-of-month). * Job stability. * Career development path.
