Position Summary: Supervise dispatch and/or receipt processes of goods, managing resources and ensuring timely handling of transfer orders with correct quality and quantity. Key Highlights: 1. Supervises dispatch and receipt processes of goods in the warehouse. 2. Generates work orders and ensures dispatch according to customer policies. 3. Leads teams, resolves issues, and improves operational efficiency. **Dispatch & Transportation Supervisor** **Location:** Lima - CD Ate **Schedule:** Full-time **Reports to:** Distribution Center Coordinator Lima **Position Purpose:** Supervise dispatch and/or receipt processes of goods at the warehouse, creating tasks and managing required resources so that transfer orders are handled on time, in correct quantities, batches, and quality. **A Day in the Life of...** * Create Transfer Orders (TOs) for dispatch and/or receipt of goods, with strict FEFO control of materials to ensure traceability, * Generate work orders and ensure dispatch according to our key customers’ receiving policies (Freshness, modular, labeling, LPN, time window) * Supervise dispatch and receipt of goods, ensuring correct quantities, quality, and batch processing per generated work orders. * Develop corrective and preventive action plans for daily operational issues and communicate them effectively. * Monitor resources used for dispatch and/or receipt, such as: RF Monitor, YMS, tablets * Ensure proper verification of units to be loaded or unloaded and compliance with all safety and quality standards. Timely storage of PTs (confectionery items without breaking the cold chain) * Monitor resources used for dispatch and/or receipt, such as: RF Monitor, YMS, Batch Macro, tablets. * Perform blind inventory verification for carriers. * Validate and generate documents for correct warehouse inbound and outbound processes. * Present management indicators during operational meetings. * Maintain proper order of documents generated each day, per shift. **What Will Make You Successful** * Minimum 02 years of experience working as a supervisor in mass-consumption warehouses, * Completed university and/or technical higher education. * Knowledge of Distribution Center processes. * Familiarity with SAP WMS system. * Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency. * Basic English * Intermediate Excel (pivot tables) * Availability to work rotating shifts and relocate to other sub-areas or CDs in Lima as required by operational needs. **Competencies:** * Proactive individual focused on achieving objectives, anticipating future problems and opportunities, and acting appropriately to resolve them * Broad vision and positive attitude toward change * Ability to delegate, motivate, and supervise personnel and operations under their responsibility * Integrity, courage, transparency, and honesty * Participation in area-related projects * Emotional Intelligence If you meet this profile and are ready to take on a new challenge, we want to meet you!
