Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to design and implement accounting policies, supervise financial statements, analyze results, and ensure tax compliance, leading the accounting team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement accounting policies and procedures. 2. Supervise the preparation of financial statements and analyze results. 3. Ensure compliance with tax and fiscal obligations. At VELKON CARGO PERÚ S.A.C., we are currently looking for personnel for the position of Accountant. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement the company's accounting policies and procedures. * Supervise the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement). * Analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present reports to General Management. * Ensure compliance with all tax obligations (tax returns, payments) and fiscal requirements. * Represent the company during internal and external audits, as well as before tax authorities (SUNAT). * Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team or coordinate with other departments (operations, sales, finance) to ensure accurate financial information flow. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of accounting ERP systems and export-oriented companies. **Conditions:** * On-site work mode. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Salary: S/3,600 Salary: Starting from S/.3,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
