Opportunity to participate in continuous improvement projects. **Date:** Jun 3, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Understanding the plant operations reality to determine the production cost of assigned products, forecast plant industrial expenses, and explain variances in both.**What will you do in your role?** * Validate the monthly production closing at the assigned plant, supporting the closing of manufacturing orders and subsequent performance and industrial expense analysis. * Execute the Monitor run. * Support margin calculation for Raw Materials – Commodities. * Support determination of the actual monthly production cost per SKU by center. * Monitor the determination of the actual cost of sales per SKU/production center. * Weekly tracking of manufacturing orders and consumption analysis. * Weekly tracking and control of industrial expenses, and daily tracking of raw material costs. * Review and validate consistency of Finished Goods and Raw Materials ledgers for monthly and annual forecasting. * Preparation of reporting with key KPIs for plant operations. * Analyze variances in actual Cost of Sales vs. prior year actual, by element, and identify root causes. * Determine variances vs. PY by recipes, considering formulation and pricing effects, mix, and volume. * Justify actual cost deviations to the Planning and Cost Control team. * Execute continuous improvement projects to optimize Area processes. **What do we need from you?** * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Finance, and/or Administration. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position or performing similar functions. * Knowledge and experience in cost analysis and financial accounting processes. * Experience in process automation and improvement. * Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Desired: knowledge of SQL and/or Python. * Experience with SAP or another mid-level ERP system. * Intermediate English proficiency.
