Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect with experience in preparing and reviewing technical files, drafting plans, and coordinating projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in technical files and project coordination. 2. Extensive experience in drafting plans and technical reports. 3. Handling of ITSE files and/or pre-investment files. The company requires an Architect with extensive experience. **Education:** * Licensed and registered Architect (CAP). **Certification:** * Copy of valid professional degree certificate and current license. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Experience in: preparation and review of technical files, drafting plans, technical reports, ITSE files and/or pre-investment files, and project coordination.
