




Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Operations Supervisor for ELECTROTEL S.A.C. with experience in supervising pre-commissioning and commissioning of instrumentation, with a focus on safety and operational efficiency. Therefore, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Field Operations Supervisor, meeting the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electronics * Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for instrumentation * Proficiency in AUTOCAD (advanced level) * Experience with industrial machinery, control panels, three-phase motors, and variable frequency drives * Knowledge of electrical measurement instruments, field instrumentation conduits and electric motors, and installation of cable support structures * Basic knowledge of automation or Siemens PLCs (desirable) * Ability to manage, organize, and supervise work teams * Ability to work under pressure, maintain order, and prioritize electrical safety * Familiarity with management indicators (KPIs) * Availability to work in Ventanilla, Callao * Knowledge of SAT, CAT, and FAT testing **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise operational activities of assigned teams * Calculate and control resources required for task execution * Document and comply with field operation processes, instructions, and procedures * Prepare reports on services performed * Update indicator reports * Comply with established work methods, procedures, and regulations to minimize inherent risks related to safety, occupational health, and environmental matters * Perform other duties within one’s area of competence as assigned by the immediate supervisor * Detect, diagnose, and repair electrical faults in industrial installations and equipment * Preventive and corrective maintenance knowledge for control panels, motors, variable frequency drives, sensors, lighting fixtures, and power supply lines * Ability to read electrical and instrumentation drawings, single-line diagrams, and control diagrams * Knowledge of SCADA INTOCH, CCTV camera installation and maintenance * Apply the LOTO procedure during electrical interventions and maintain corresponding records * Perform electrical measurements: voltage, current, resistance, continuity, insulation, grounding.
