




Job Summary: Support the execution and monitoring of fleet maintenance plans to enhance the efficiency and safety of the transportation department. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize efficiency and profitability JOB OBJECTIVE:"Support the implementation of fleet maintenance plans (preventive, corrective, and predictive) by monitoring operational indicators to contribute to the efficiency and safety of the transportation department, in accordance with the Integrated Management System guidelines."RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor and manage reports of unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, incidents, and accidents occurring during field personnel activities. * Monitor and manage information generated by transportation personnel (checklists, ATS, etc.). * Perform data and fleet maintenance management indicator analysis (MTBF – Mean Time Between Failures, MTTR – Mean Time To Repair, Availability, Reliability). * Plan, schedule, and conduct continuous and unannounced preventive inspections to ensure proper compliance with transportation processes. * Optimize efficiency and profitability (route planning, fuel management, review of operating costs, and tracking (vehicle monitoring via Volvo Connect)). * Support in managing preventive, corrective, predictive, and autonomous maintenance. REQUIREMENTS: * Automotive Engineering degree preferred (graduated and/or bachelor's degree) * Process optimization * Maintenance management of land transportation units (preferred) * Preferable 6 to 12 months or more of experience in similar positions and tasks * Availability to work in the district of Comas – reference: Av.
