We seek a responsible, proactive individual with hands-on experience and the ability to address diverse maintenance needs. **Requirements:** * Experience in general maintenance work. * Knowledge of painting, basic plumbing, tiling, and minor repairs. * Responsible, punctual, and proactive individual. * Ability to work toward objectives and solve practical problems. **Responsibilities:** * Perform painting and touch-up work on infrastructure. * Repair and maintain bathrooms, plumbing, and basic water systems. * Carry out tiling, patching, and finishing work. * Perform minor repairs on walls, doors, floors, and furniture. * Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance of facilities. * Support facility improvements and environmental conditioning. * Other general maintenance-related duties as required. **Conditions:** * Payment method: **Per day worked**. * Work assigned based on requirements and scheduling. Salary: S/.60\.00 \- S/.120\.00 per day Workplace: On-site employment
