Position Summary: A professional responsible for managing payroll, social benefits, employee attendance, and maintaining employment records, supporting organizational culture and pursuing digitalization of the HR department. Prepare documents related to social benefits settlements, work certificates, letters, and all other documentation generated upon employee separation. • Prepare Daily Control Booklets for recording employee working hours. • Ensure proper maintenance and custody of employee files and records. • Participate in promoting positive employee relations and fostering a cooperative, team-oriented work environment. • Support the planning, organization, and execution of activities aimed at strengthening Organizational Culture.
