We are currently seeking a proactive, organized, and eager-to-learn individual to support administrative, commercial, customer service, and marketing functions. ***Administrative, Marketing, and Commercial Intern*** Requirements: * Technical or university student majoring in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Strong communication and writing skills. * Ability to organize and track tasks. * Proactivity, responsibility, and willingness to learn. * Knowledge of advertising design and flyer creation. * Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. Responsibilities: * Handling and tracking customer inquiries via social media and other communication channels. * Sending and managing documentation (invoices, shipping guides, etc.). * Tracking assigned requirements and tasks. * Supporting administrative and operational activities. * Updating internal databases and information. * Designing flyers, newsletters, and advertising materials. * Preparing letters, presentations, and proposals for clients in the laboratory, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors. * Monitoring and controlling merchandise stock levels. * Assisting in preparing departmental reports or summaries. * Proposing improvements and new advertising strategies. * Coordinating and following up on services provided to clients.
