Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering or related fields with production cost experience to analyze, value inventories, and prepare cost reports. Key Highlights: 1. Production cost analysis and deviation identification 2. Inventory valuation and cost report preparation 3. Interdepartmental coordination for cost management **Responsibilities** * Collect, process, and analyze data for production costing. * Conduct production cost analysis and identify deviations to propose improvements. * Value raw material and finished goods inventories, ensuring information reliability. * Prepare cost reports and indicators to support decision-making. * Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Maintenance departments to ensure proper cost management. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in production costing. * Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or production companies. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Production Planning and Control (PPC). **Conditions** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Remuneration: S/ 2,500 \- S/ 2\.700 (subject to evaluation). * Formal employment under the General Regime from day one, with all statutory benefits. * 100% meal coverage. * Positive work environment and professional development opportunities.
