Deliver a positive experience to candidates and internal clients, ensuring data accuracy, timely process tracking, and achievement of established recruitment KPIs. **What Are We Looking For In Your Profile?** * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting Technology and IT profiles (mandatory). * Experience conducting direct searches and Talent Sourcing using Boolean Search. * Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction tools. * Experience using an ATS (desirable). * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Power BI (desirable). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously in dynamic, results-oriented environments. ### **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities as an IT Talent Acquisition Consultant?** * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for IT profiles, leveraging hunting, sourcing, and direct search strategies to attract specialized talent. * Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to identify active and passive candidates, building and maintaining a robust talent network through market research. * Ensure compliance with recruitment KPIs and objectives, guaranteeing timely candidate submissions and effective closure of assigned positions. * Maintain up-to-date candidate, process, and metric information in the ATS, databases, and tracking tools, ensuring data quality and traceability. * Manage the collection, validation, and registration of documentation required for hiring and onboarding new employees. ### **What Do We Offer?** * Hybrid work model. * Working hours: Monday to Friday. * Corporate discounts. * Collaborative culture.
