Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Professional Intern to evaluate and control the quality of fishing nets through laboratory testing, field activities, and production plant inspections. Assistance in compliance with standards and continuous improvement We are looking for a **Quality Professional Intern** to support the evaluation and quality control of products related to **fishing nets**, performing laboratory tests, field activities, and production plant inspections. The selected candidate will assist in executing tests, quality controls, and technical records to evaluate product quality, strength, characteristics, and performance, contributing to compliance with company-established standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in conducting quality tests in the laboratory on fishing nets and related materials. * Verify product technical specifications, such as strength, dimensions, structure, finish, and other parameters defined by the company. * Conduct quality inspections at the production plant. * Support field activities to evaluate product behavior and performance. * Record test results, observations, and incidents identified during quality controls. * Collaborate in analyzing results to identify opportunities for improvement. * Support compliance with procedures, technical standards, and quality criteria. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper use of laboratory equipment, instruments, and materials. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in **Fisheries Engineering** or **Chemical Engineering**. * Prior experience in laboratory work, quality control, technical testing, or production processes is desirable. * Basic knowledge of quality testing, material analysis, process control, or laboratory instrument handling. * Availability to perform activities in the laboratory, production plant, and field. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. **Competencies and Personal Characteristics:** * Interest in learning and developing within the quality field. * Responsibility and commitment to assigned tasks. * Observational ability and attention to detail. * Orderliness and discipline in handling samples, equipment, and records. * Proactivity in identifying opportunities for improvement. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. * Adaptability to work in laboratory, plant, and field environments. * Positive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement.
