Excellent working environment **Purchasing and Logistics Supervisor** Lince, Lima – IQ Building Monday to Friday Compensation: S/ 2,300 – S/ 2,500 (based on evaluation and experience) We are a growing retail company seeking a dedicated individual. **Responsibilities:** * Develop biweekly work plans to organize procurement, supply, inventory, and distribution processes. * Design and implement control procedures for logistical operations. * Create and maintain an up-to-date supplier database. * Coordinate with the commercial department to implement and update store display layouts. * Identify new strategic suppliers and importers that contribute to the company’s growth. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. (Mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics, supply, warehouse, or related roles.
