Job Summary: Empresas Ochho S.A.C. is seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist to supervise and manage safety and health on construction and renovation sites. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations 2. Prepare and verify key safety documentation 3. Coordinate the implementation of preventive and corrective measures **OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION SPECIALIST (ORPS) – INDEPENDENCIA SITE** Empresas Ochho S.A.C., a company specializing in construction, renovation, and commercial and institutional space conditioning, is seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist (ORPS) for a project located in the district of Independencia. ***Responsibilities*** * Supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations at the worksite. * Prepare and verify ATS, IPERC, work permits, and other safety documentation. * Conduct safety inspections and report unsafe acts and conditions. * Deliver OSH inductions and training to personnel. * Supervise the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Manage incident, accident, and corrective action reports. * Coordinate with the Site Resident for the implementation of preventive and corrective measures. * Maintain up-to-date OSH records and documentation required by the client. * Ensure compliance with project-specific safety standards. ***Requirements*** * Technical or university degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Certified training in Occupational Safety and Health. * Minimum three (03\) years of experience in civil works, renovations, building projects, or similar. * Knowledge of IPERC, ATS, work permits, incident investigation, and current OSH regulations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Immediate availability. ***Competencies*** * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Organization and planning. * Proactivity. * Ability to work under pressure. * Orientation toward achieving objectives and complying with safety regulations. **Working Conditions** \- ***Work location:*** Av.
