REQUIREMENTS: * University or technical education. * Full-time availability. * Availability to work at the NORTH LOCATION. * Minimum two years’ experience as a SALESPERSON or ADVISOR in similar roles within private companies. * Basic-level Excel knowledge. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally. * Solid knowledge of sales techniques. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented individuals. * Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (always totaling 48 effective weekly hours). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify and qualify potential customers. * Establish commercial relationships with distributors, engineers, and construction foremen. * Generate sales of our products in our stores and deliver them on-site. * Close deals and generate revenue. * Provide excellent customer service. * Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends. * Maintain and expand the customer portfolio. * Demonstrate strong communication skills and a high level of service when interacting with customers during sales. * Display organization, proactivity, and competitiveness to meet objectives, with strong empathy toward customers. * Follow up on collections from assigned customers. * Prepare quotations, enter orders, and review stock levels. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned store, and propose ideas to enhance brand image and improve product display.
