Promote continuous improvement in environmental management **SSOMA MANAGER** ================= Company: DESARROLLO BELLAVISTA SAC (PE35\) Location: Projects Our company **DESARROLLO BELLAVISTA SAC (PE35\) (P029\)** is seeking top talent for the position of: **SSOMA MANAGER** **Job Objective** ----------------------- Manage intervention, prevention, and promotion programs based on the Integrated SSOMA Management System to disseminate and advise on their implementation in projects.**Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Manage compliance with and maintenance of the SSOMA Management System * Review and adapt plans and procedures to the project's reality, considering the hierarchy of controls to ensure adherence to SSOMA guidelines. (Frequency: Ongoing) * Understand and ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations concerning project safety, occupational health, and environmental protection to avoid administrative penalties. (Frequency: Ongoing) * Adapt plans to customer requirements regarding safety, occupational health, and environmental protection to meet contractual guidelines. (Frequency: Ongoing) * Ensure continuous improvement of the Environmental Management System through review of documents and procedures according to project scope to fulfill established conditions. (Frequency: Ongoing) * Prepare reports to communicate to the Customer and the organization compliance with contractual standards and guidelines. (Frequency: Ongoing) * Advise and participate in forming the investigation committee and deploying investigations to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. (Frequency: Ongoing) * Conduct environmental inspections across all work areas to identify and share strengths and opportunities for improvement. (Frequency: Ongoing) * Recommend appropriate sanctions for personnel who violate Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards to prevent recurrence of non-compliance. (Frequency: Ongoing) * Implement PPE for project personnel according to the risk matrix to minimize workplace risks. (Frequency: Ongoing) **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Safety and Hygiene. * Postgraduate diploma in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Occupational Safety and Health. (Desirable) * Minimum 3 years of experience in this position. * Experience in real estate development projects. * Availability to work in Lima.
