Working in an environment that values pets Naricitas Petshop was founded with the goal of exceeding the expectations of our customers and their pets through professional and specialized advice; therefore, we are looking for the best talent to join our pet-loving team and enjoy the role of: **STORE SUPERVISOR** **What qualifications do I need to apply?** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as store manager, supervisor, or administrator. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Retail sector experience preferred. * Residing in nearby areas (San Miguel, Jesús María, Breña, Callao). **What will be my main responsibilities?** * Oversee store commercial operations. * Conduct store opening, closing, cash count, and reconciliation. * Maintain accurate product inventory. * Receive incoming goods and control outgoing merchandise. * Address customer inquiries, complaints, or grievances. * Support staff at checkout, customer service, and/or product replenishment. * Place weekly merchandise orders to meet point-of-sale demand. * Maintain proper display of promotions and products at points of sale. * Supervise assigned staff and submit reports to the Human Resources Coordinator. * Motivate assigned staff to achieve sales targets. * Ensure cleanliness and order at points of sale and their respective warehouses. * Handle store inspections and report to the main office. **What do we offer?** * Employment under microenterprise payroll (SIS + 15 days of vacation) * Salary: S/. 1600 * Performance bonus of up to S/. 800 for 100% target achievement * 50% bonus in July and December * Fixed Sunday rest starting from the 4th month * Dynamic team and pet-friendly environment * Decision-making ability * Schedule: Monday to Sunday (rotating rest days) * Shift hours: 8 AM to 9 PM (48 weekly hours in rotating 8-hour shifts) Join our pet-loving team and showcase your full potential with us.
