Universitaria **Position Type:** Full-time About the Position We are looking for a committed and experienced academic coordinator to support and guide our team of advisors in conducting research projects. If you have expertise in research methodology and are interested in applying artificial intelligence tools to facilitate academic processes, this position is for you. As coordinator, your role will be critical in ensuring that research projects comply with university guidelines, providing continuous support, and guaranteeing quality in all we do. What will you do? * Guide and support advisors so their work is clear, effective, and meets academic standards. * Provide tools and resources, including modern technologies, enabling the team to work more easily and efficiently. * Review research projects to ensure compliance with quality norms and criteria. * Address and resolve feedback on research projects, promoting continuous improvement. * Assign research projects to each advisor.
