At **Madetech Perú S.A.C.**, we are looking for our next Field Civil Engineer: a key, operational role for a dynamic, results-driven professional eager to lead work fronts and accumulate high-impact experience on provincial projects.
**What Will Be Your Challenge?**
Supervise and execute construction across assigned provincial work fronts, ensuring strict adherence to the technical file, progress schedule, budget, and quality, safety, and environmental standards.
**What Will You Do Daily?**
* Supervise technical construction execution and control quality of field construction processes and materials.
* Directly manage and coordinate operational staff, foremen, supervisors, and subcontractors.
* Prepare daily reports, quantity take-offs, and progress valuations for the site office.
* Approve critical milestones (concrete pours, steel reinforcement installation, surveying) jointly with the Quality and Laboratory departments.
* Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (SSOMA) regulations across the entire work front.

**What Are We Looking For In You?**
* **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering (Professional Registration and Licensing preferred).
* **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in civil works, building, or infrastructure execution or supervision.
* **Provincial Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years working on provincial construction projects under atypical employment arrangements or in camp settings.
* **Digital Tools:** Advanced Excel proficiency (for valuations/take-offs) and AutoCAD expertise.
* **Key Knowledge:** National Building Regulations, construction safety regulations (G.050\), and cost control.
* **Availability:** Willingness to work in provinces under atypical employment arrangements and reside in camp accommodations.
* **Driver’s License:** A\-I or A\-IIa.
* Familiarity with Public Procurement and Acquisition Law is desirable.
