Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and punctual student or graduate in baking/culinary arts to support dessert production, input control, and area maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Development in dessert preparation and culinary production 2. Handling of established recipes and input control 3. Focus on organization, cleanliness, and adherence to production timelines **Responsibilities:** * Dessert preparation (cakes, creams, cup desserts) * Production following established recipes * Support in organizing and cleaning the work area * Weighing and controlling inputs according to recipes * Mise en place (preparation of ingredients prior to production) * Basic stock control of inputs * Adherence to production timelines **Requirements:** * Student or graduate in baking or culinary arts * Basic knowledge (ovens, creams, doughs) * Organized and capable of following instructions precisely * Responsible and punctual **Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Mode: In-person * Remuneration: S/1100 – S/1400 (depending on experience) Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: In-person employment
