Position Summary: Support cross-functional warehouse management projects by designing and implementing digital tools to drive continuous improvement and enhance service levels. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the implementation of Lean tools. **Date:** Sep 3, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Provide analytical, functional, and technical support for cross-functional warehouse management projects at Alicorp Soluciones; design and implement digital and/or technological tools and reports to promote continuous improvement or elevate service levels. Support coordination of warehouse operational processes to ensure inbound and outbound product flows at the Distribution Center comply with safety and quality standards. **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------- * Lead service level analysis for B2B warehouse operations. * Design, implement, and ensure sustainability of digital tools and reports for key departmental indicators. * Lead the implementation of Lean tools aligned with Operational Excellence programs Ola\+, 5S. * Identify opportunities and propose and develop process improvement solutions for assigned Distribution Centers. * Provide support and monitoring for execution of departmental projects. * Lead management of resources, personnel and teams, assets, and returnables across B2B centers. * Support preparation of the department’s PB (Budget Plan), annual maintenance plan, and procurement of warehouse materials. * Actively participate in complex problem analysis and support implementation of proposed safety and quality standards for operations management. * Support coordination of necessary resources for effective operational process management across warehouses. * If required to temporarily and/or rotationally cover the Shift Supervisor role, provide support to control receipt, storage, and dispatch of Finished Products to assigned warehouses and customers, complying with company quality and safety standards. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * Prior experience in Logistics, Planning, or Distribution. * ERP system knowledge. * Advanced-level Excel proficiency.
