HUANCA ALVITEZ SRL:** Looking for an Accounting Assistant with experience in the accounting field, enthusiastic and organized, to join our team at our Lima office! If you are a committed professional with administrative skills, this is your opportunity to grow and develop in a company providing diverse services to individuals and state-owned enterprises. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: · Review and record payment vouchers in the accounting system related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash, assigning them to the relevant project. · Verify data entered into the accounting system. · Archive and maintain documents in orderly fashion according to sequential accounting record codes in properly bound and labeled registers (e.g., SUNAT Copy Register, Bank Register, Petty Cash Register, Travel Allowance Reimbursement Register, SUNAT Document Register, and others) for internal use and control. · Collect and track documents that generate advance payments for the project. · Correctly allocate resources. · Request and manage project payments. · Manage cash safes. · Record inventory inflows and outflows in virtual warehouses assigned to the project. · Manage the company’s operational results. · Maintain project-related employment documentation under their supervision. · Monitor project inventories. Coordinate with Finance, Logistics Unit, and the project’s technical department. Number of weekly accounting entries Compliance with accounting entries and their ROs (Registro de Operaciones) Monthly RO Report Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
