A prominent taxi company with strong presence in Peruvian shopping malls is seeking top talent. **Parking Lot Assistant \- Callao Minka** **Requirements:** * Must reside in Callao or surrounding districts; work will be conducted within the Minka shopping mall. * Minimum one year of prior experience in this role or a similar position. * Basic knowledge of managing operational staff and taxi drivers. * Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with two hours for lunch break and one day off per week. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for collecting parking fees from each affiliated driver employed by the company. * Directly assist drivers in coordinating transportation for mall customers. * Support daily planning within the work zone, specifically related to the taxi driver operations center. * Supervise the fleet to ensure vehicles are clean and free from damage. * Collect daily contributions from affiliated drivers on-site. * Maintain cleanliness of the booth and driver plaza. * Perform daily cash reconciliation and submit consolidated reports to the Operations Manager. * Receive new drivers joining the company. * Assist with field recruitment of new drivers. * Monitor and track driver attendance. * Deposit collected contributions into the bank. * Other duties as assigned. **Benefits:** * Base salary plus performance bonus. * Career path and growth opportunities. * Workplace located near your residence. * Positive work environment. * Corporate discounts for you and your family. **Send your CV or contact details via WhatsApp to 984 087 219, or email your CV to: jfernando.gerencia@dadi.pe** Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
