We are looking for MALE PASTRY ASSISTANTS for our Central Workshop located in the Ate district. REQUIREMENTS: Completed secondary education and/or technical training. Basic knowledge of baking and/or general cooking. Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one day off between Monday and Thursday. Availability to work full-time shifts of 8 hours (MANDATORY). RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Prepare various desserts, fudge, and manjar. \-Monitor and coordinate production control. \-Rotate pastry ingredients and supplies. \-Assist in preparing different pastry work areas. \-Comply with food safety and work uniform cleanliness standards. \-Report any incidents to the shift supervisor.
