Production Operator

Description

Job Summary: Directly participates in production by operating machinery, interpreting design drawings, following quality procedures, and contributing to optimization and continuous improvement. Optimization of resources and improvement of production cycle times PRODUCTION OPERATOR Directly participate in the production process; operate the specific and necessary machinery and tools required to transform products; interpret design drawings and understand production plans; follow quality process specifications step by step. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Adhere to scheduled working hours. 2\. Complete records and reports. 3\. Comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards. 4\. Assist in maintaining workplace order. 5\. Improve production cycle times. 6\. Control material loss (scrap). 7\. Optimize resources. 8\. Monitor and track the plant equipment maintenance plan. 9\. Communicate with domestic and international suppliers. 10\. Report production progress and propose improvements to supervisors and management. 11\. Monitor management indicators and develop action plans. 12\. Coordinate with supervisors to meet production targets.
