This role is critical to our operations, responsible for delivering high-quality service both inside the establishment and during final delivery to customers’ homes, ensuring our offerings always arrive on time. 1\. In-Restaurant Service and Customer Interaction * **Comprehensive Service:** Greeting guests, taking orders, and serving dishes and beverages at tables. * **Area Organization:** Maintaining order and cleanliness in the dining area, ensuring service stations are consistently stocked. * **Consultation:** Full knowledge of the menu to address customer inquiries and offer daily recommendations. 2\. Delivery Logistics and Driving * **Home Delivery:** Managing and executing deliveries within scheduled timeframes, ensuring products arrive in perfect condition. * **Vehicle Operation:** Responsible motorcycle driving for assigned delivery routes. * **Basic Maintenance:** Ensuring the transportation unit and delivery equipment (e.g., thermal backpack) remain in good condition and clean. 3\. Administrative and Digital Support * **Order Management:** Organizing takeout orders and verifying correct packaging and accessories. * **On-the-Go Marketing:** Promoting our social media channels during deliveries and quickly capturing photos of successful deliveries for digital stories. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Valid motorcycle driver’s license (mandatory). * Proactive attitude, punctuality, and strong sense of responsibility. * Effective communication skills and courteous customer interaction. * Position open to individuals **with or without prior experience** in the industry, provided they possess the required driving capability.
