Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to deliver training and technical advisory services in lubrication, supporting commercial teams and B2B/B2C customers, and leading product testing. Leadership in product testing and sampling programs **Requirements:** * Completed technical or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Mechanics, or related fields. * Specialization in lubrication, engines, or automotive mechanics. * Five years of experience in technical roles such as lubricants trainer. * Commercial experience, sales awareness, customer visits, and presentations are valued. * Courses in tribology focused on reliability; knowledge of benefit report preparation (desirable). * Basic English proficiency. * Intermediate Office software proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver training. * Provide technical advisory services to commercial teams and major customers to ensure achievement of targets defined by Commercial Management and strengthen the brand's market leadership position. * Support the development of technical commercial proposals for B2B and B2C clients. * Lead product testing and sampling programs. **Benefits:** * Formal employment contract and corporate benefits. * Full health insurance (EPS). * Oncology insurance. * Scholarship program. * Performance evaluations for incentives. * Scholarship program. * Hybrid work arrangement in San Isidro, Monday to Friday.
