




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to handle collections and payments registration, issuance of delivery guides and invoices, cash ledger recording, bank reconciliation, and attendance tracking. Proficiency in accounting systems Our company is looking for an Accounting Assistant: : \- Technical or higher education in Accounting \- Minimum 1 year of experience \- Full-time availability \- Knowledge of Siscont system and/or other accounting systems \- Honesty \- Teamwork Register collections in the accounting system and file related documents; coordinate with clients regarding payment scheduling. Register payments (to suppliers, payroll, and others) in the accounting system and file related documents. Issue delivery guides and invoices. Maintain cash ledger. Reconcile bank ledger with monthly bank statements. Download fingerprint time clock records and perform attendance tracking.
