




Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant to issue, verify, validate, and record invoices, track accounts receivable, and support audits. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for short-term professional development NUOVO PROFIL is looking for new talents to join us as **BILLING ASSISTANT – CALLAO.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Issue invoices, receipts, and credit notes for customs clearance services. * Verify service orders and preliminary settlements prior to billing. * Validate billable items (fees, operational expenses, storage, approvals, etc.). * Review supporting documents (Customs Declaration Form / DAM, Bill of Lading, supplier invoices). * Record invoices in the accounting system. * Monitor accounts receivable. * Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, and Accounting departments. * Prepare monthly billing reports. * Support internal audits or tax-related requirements. * Perform other duties as assigned by management, Accounting, and the Commercial department. **WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Salary: S/.1,500.00. * Short-term career progression path. * Bi-weekly payments via Banco Continental. * Saturday work in virtual mode. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in billing. * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, International Trade, International Business, or related fields. * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (in-person), and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (virtual). * Residence in Callao or nearby areas.
