Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant to issue invoices, verify orders, validate billing items, and coordinate with other departments in the customs sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Issuance and verification of customs invoicing documentation 2. Key interdepartmental coordination for invoicing 3. Support in audits and tax-related requirements The **NUOVO PROFIL** family is looking for new talent to work as a **BILLING ASSISTANT – CALLAO**. **FUNCTIONS:** * Issue invoices, receipts, and credit notes for customs clearance services. * Verify service orders and preliminary settlements prior to invoicing. * Validate billable items (fees, operational expenses, storage, approvals, etc.). * Review supporting documentation (Customs Declaration Form / DAM, Bill of Lading, supplier invoices). * Record vouchers in the accounting system. * Follow up on accounts receivable. * Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, and Accounting departments. * Prepare monthly billing reports. * Support internal audits or tax-related requirements. * Perform other duties as requested by management, Accounting, and the Commercial department. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month. * Short-term career development path. * Biweekly payments via Banco Continental. * Saturday work in virtual mode. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in billing. * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, International Trade, International Business, or related fields. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Residence in Callao or nearby areas. **Send your updated CV!
