Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities:** * Adopt the Data Operational and Governance Model (Data Governance 2\.0), aiming to disseminate guidelines across the data project lifecycle (TDS, ingestion, and deployment). * Provide functional and technical support to data projects (data expert), serving as the reference point for the use, search, modeling, processing, monitoring, and exploitation of information. * Participate in various data forums in the role of data expert, supporting the definition and strategy for information usage. * Be responsible for local/global data governance and quality for use in GRM, driving the exploitation and evolution of the Data Model. * Cross-functional leadership: act as the area’s reference in various data committees and forums, connecting business needs with data, architecture, engineering, and control teams. * Promote a data management culture within the area. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Statistics Engineering, or related field. * **5 years of experience** in data management, data governance, analytics, or information management, ideally within financial institutions or large organizations. * Experience leading **Data Governance** initiatives, data quality, metadata management, and data modeling. * Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data lifecycle, and best practices in information management (e.g., DAMA\-DMBOK, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lineage, among others). * Experience participating in or leading data projects, supporting stages including definition, ingestion, modeling, deployment, and information exploitation. * Familiarity with data exploitation and analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or others) and understanding of data architectures. * Ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams from business, technology, architecture, engineering, and control. * Experience leading teams or exercising cross-functional leadership, managing initiatives with multiple stakeholders. * Communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to participate in executive committees and forums, promoting adoption of data management practices. * Certification or training in Data Governance, Data Management, project management (Scrum, Agile, PMI), or related disciplines is desirable. * Intermediate or advanced English level (desirable). **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
