**Your primary objective will be:** To develop customer- and business-focused features to deliver the best experience in the world of Payments.
**How will you achieve it?**
* Manage stability and operational continuity of PLIN and Immediate Transfers by monitoring availability, performance, errors, outages, incidents, and service levels to ensure proper product operation.
* Track critical performance indicators, including ICDs, authorizations, response times, error rates, complaints, reversals, availability, and operational efficiency, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
* Coordinate resolution of production incidents by collaborating with Technology, IT Operations, Digital Channels, Architecture, Vendors, CCE, BCRP, and other stakeholders to minimize impact, reduce resolution time, and prevent recurrence.
* Ensure product governance for PLIN/TIN by maintaining documentation, workflows, operational rules, tracking matrices, service agreements, action plans, and control mechanisms required for orderly and traceable management.
* Drive structural improvements in reliability, scalability, and customer experience by identifying opportunities across customer journeys, processes, operational architecture, monitoring, error communication, complaints, and transactional performance.
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and operational requirements for immediate payments, especially regarding BCRP mandates, reporting, audits, service quality levels, interoperability, continuity, and management of critical vendors.
**What do we need from you?**
* 2–3 years of experience in digital product/service development or in startups/fintechs (preference for banking/payment/insurance sectors).
* Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields—or equivalent professional experience.
* Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira/Trello.
* Knowledge of experience design methodologies such as design thinking, design sprint, or lean UX, and prototyping tools.
* Basic technical knowledge and strong curiosity about emerging technology trends.
